A New Journey . . .

You guys, I'm starting a second blog to chronicle my journey to get healthy.  It has a similar name, but it's on Wordpress.  The similar name is deliberate because I'm considering a shift over to Wordpress.  If you are interested, here is the link (and you can subscribe and get an email there whenever there is a new post  ;-) ).
