Progress . . .

Just a quick check-in.  Yesterday was my "weigh day" and I was down another 5.8.  I guess all those vegetables I've been eating are helping.

Vegetables are GREAT. I'm down to some cabbage and celery in my frig; definitely need to go shopping!

I've never been a big fan of them - and many of the ones I really do like are off the table now because they are so high in oxalate. But I'm hanging in and eating the ones I can. And when I can't face another veg, I eat fruit. :-D
