61:365 Yum!
My first little loaf of Artisan Bread. It was small 
loaf - the size I will be generally making - so I need to play a bit still with 
my oven temp and time. The crust was perfect but the inside was just a little 
gummy - I'll be experimenting in the days to come. Um . . . that gumminess? 
Didn't harm the taste in any way whatsoever ;-D
