Tempus fugit . . .

A lot of the leaves are on the ground now, but it's still going to be in the 60s today.  This is the longest I can ever remember going without a winter coat.  In years past sometimes we'd have a cold week early on and then it would warm up again, but I have been in my raincoat - sometime with a  sweater and sometimes not - all this time.

I'm not complaining  :-)

The snow will be here soon enough.

Thanksgiving is next week.

Christmas is about six weeks away.

I release all fears and doubts

I now choose to free myself from all destructive fears and doubts.
I accept myself and create peace in my mind and heart.
I am loved and I am safe.

I have not listened to all of this - it's one you put on in the background and let play - for a couple of hours  :-)  Maybe we can enjoy it together . . .

I am thankful for Tai Chi.

We've been having a wonderful fall 90 miles north of you, also. But this weekend the weatherman said we may see some snowflakes. Guess Mother Nature will bring us back to reality!

Love the Tai Chi music. Haven't listed to all of it, but it is soothing. I find it interesting that the Eastern culture can be life changing. They had it down all that time ago! Why are we so late coming to it?

It is soothing, isn't it? Allows the mind to just relax. The Eastern cultures have been around a lot longer than we have - I think we're trying to catch up :-)
